Kuwaiti crude oil price rose on Thursday by USD 0.6 to settle at USD 50.84 pb as opposed to USD 50.78 pb on Wednesday, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) said on Friday.
On international markets, crude prices for forward deals, on Thursday, climbed, buoyed by the US dollar decline, amid reported spending slash by key oil companies, namely Shell.
In London, the Brent crude, for the March delivery, rose USD 2.39, some 4.37 percent, reaching USD 57.05 pb. In the New York commercial market, the American crude contracts climbed USD 2.37 pb, some 4.85 percent, to the level of USD 51.2 pb.
