Price of Kuwaiti crude oil barrel went down USD 2.39 reaching USD 48.28 per barrel on Thursday, compared to USD 50.67 per barrel on Wednesday, according to Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) Friday.
Global Crude oil price went up yesterday due the ongoing violence in Libya, precautionary measures undertaken by the Chinese central bank, in addition to diverse geopolitical factors.
The US Brent mix went up to 4.5 percent, reaching USD 57.57 per barrel, a similar outcome for the price of US crude which went up by 4.2 percent settling at USD 50.48 per barrel.
