The price of Kuwaiti crude oil was down 42 cents to trade for USD 106.52 per barrel (pb) on Monday, compared to USD 106.94 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation on Tuesday.
The global oil market saw BRENT benchmark crude slip to its lowest in 18 days, and the USD crude also lost ground, amid anxious investors over a possible disruption of supply from Iraq.
BRENT crude sold for USD 112.36 pb in London, while the US crude shed 37 cents in New York to sell for USD 105.37 pb.
