Zero Gravity turns seven this weekend, and to celebrate, the award-winning beach club will be bringing back its original DJs to play alongside the current team at this Saturday’s Late Late Lunch.
Back in 2013, Zero Gravity was a small beachside restaurant with a sprinkling of tables on the lawn overlooking the sandy shore. At weekends, a small white bar counter would be converted into a DJ booth with soulful house sounds provided by prominent local DJs. These local legends planted the musical seeds into what has since become Dubai’s leading beach club with its iconic pool and a stage that has been graced by the world’s biggest DJs over the past few years.
Four of those original DJs will be back behind the decks this Saturday, namely David Craig, Richard Round, Kristian Valdini and Dan Chadwick. They’ll be joining Soulninja, Natalie Brogan, Adam Aldous and Joe Beck to provide a day to night soundtrack to brunchers covering they years from 2103 to today.
The Late Late Birthday Lunch includes unlimited food and beverages served to the table or sofa in the sunshine from 1-5pm, as well as all day pool and beach access from 10am. There’s also a birthday cupcake for every guest and a cake-cutting.
Zero Gravity’s Cinema on the Sand season continues with the 1987 classic romantic drama ‘Dirty Dancing’ this coming Sunday, November 29.
