Amber Hall, located at Conrad Dubai, has announced its official opening.

The amber-themed concept was developed by Vii Dubai, which runs a number of social nightlife hotspots from the floral-sheltered Secret Garden, to the mystical Red Room concept. The homegrown concept aims to bring an immersive dinner show experience infused with cultural performances.

The live shows at Amber Hall will include a rich variety of classical and modern acts ranging from contemporary dancers, violin, cello and saxophone players to pop and opera singers, amongst many other live acts.

Amber Hall’s exclusive menu is curated by a renowned international chef serving starters, raw bar dishes, fresh salads, main courses, desserts, and a dedicated selection of fine grapes. For starters, guests can nibble on the rich taste of the Rock ‘in Roller Beef Carpaccio, which consists of soft wagyu beef tenderloin, rocket leaves, truffle cream and tangy pickled capers.

One of Amber Hall’s main courses is the sizzling grilled baby piri citrus-marinated chicken leg, served with honey mustard gem salad atop a house-made habanero pepper puree, which will inspire the inner gastronome in each diner.

Dessert-lovers can indulge in the restaurant’s guilt- and gluten-free Yuzu Kaffir Lime Cheesecake Mess, baked with butter ginger biscuit and topped with a passion fruit sorbet.

Commenting on the official launch of Amber Hall, Co-Founder & CEO,  Satish Sanpal says: “We’re very excited to reveal our latest unique dining and live entertainment concept, which was envisioned to add a fresh yet enchanting experience to Dubai’s vibrant nightlife. Our social venue will offer guests captivating live performances, exceptional service and delectable international cuisine, all under one roof. ”
