Media Rotana Hotel Dubai announced the reopening of its doors to receive guests and visitors.

In the period prior to this opening, all the necessary preparations that fall under the framework of preventive precautionary measures were made, such as conducting medical examinations to ensure the health and safety of the team, as well as a daily examination when entering and leaving the premises, in addition to performing a comprehensive sterilisation of all rooms and facilities.

The hotel has cleaned and sterilised the entire property with sanitary chemicals, from the reception hall to the rooms, restaurants, the fitness hall and all other facilities. It has also made the necessary changes in accordance with all protocols.

Among the hotel’s most important measures is its commitment to the “Rotana Safe Space” programme, which is based on providing a contactless experience throughout the guest’s stay, and promoting continuous cleaning and disinfection practices.

As for restaurants, a new system has been established to ensure social space between guests, and the provision of ordering food from the menu via the QR code. The team at the fitness hall also rearranged the placement of equipment to secure social separation, with an increase in the number of disinfections of all devices in the hall and sun loungers with sanitary and strict treatment of used towels.

The hotel has launched a set of offers to attract residents in all emirates, which include booking a stay for two nights and getting a 50% discount on room rates. Plus, a 15% discount on restaurants, 25% on massages, and 20% on laundry services.
