Chef Moha, one of Morocco’s most celebrated chefs, is bringing once again his unique personal touch to the menu at Targine, located at One&Only Royal Mirage. Between Thursday 16th – Thursday 23rd February, guests can savour some of his best-loved dishes inspired by his mother’s recipes, created with his signature blend of harmonious and traditional cooking approaches.
Whisking guests away to a gastronomic tour, Chef Moha’s dining experience highlights creative special dishes including Slow Cooked Lamb Shank served with sauted vegetables, Beef Tagine served with plums and dried fruits and Chicken Rfissa, a Morrocan speciality based of a bed of shredded msemen.
Over the last two decades, Tagine has provided diners with more than just a taste of beautiful Morocco. The experience at the famed Moroccan restaurant begins as soon guests enter the curved low wooden doors, where trickling water and rose petals set the tone for an evening of traditional Moroccan hospitality. The venue’s tobacco-coloured walls have been polished and plastered in the Moroccan tradition of Tadlekt. Its lanterns, carpets, and artefacts have been specially procured from around the region and adorned the restaurant’s moody arches and alcoves. To add to the ambience, guests can enjoy the sounds of classical oud and tabla players, akin to a traditional home in Marrakesh.
Tagine is open from Tuesday – Sunday between 8 PM – 12 AM. To make a reservation, please call +971 4 399 9999 or email restaurants@oneandonlyroyalmirage.ae
