
This Eid, 3Fils unveils ‘The Ways of the Bedouins’, an exclusive chef’s table experience that masterfully blends local Emirati ingredients with 3Fils’ signature modern Asian techniques. Taking place upstairs at 3Fils from April 2nd to 8th, this intimate dining experience brings to life the ancient traditions of the UAE’s Bedouins, capturing the essence of their nomadic spirit through an innovative culinary journey. Each dish is crafted with rare, indigenous ingredients sourced from across the Emirates, offering guests a taste of heritage through a contemporary lens.
Inspired by the diverse landscape of the UAE, the nine-course menu pays homage to the
country’s gastronomic history while embracing modern craftsmanship. From the rugged mountains of Fujairah to the coastal waters of Umm Al Quwain, every ingredient carries a story of tradition and sustainability, showcasing the unique bounty of the land.
