This Eid, 3Fils unveils ‘The Ways of the Bedouins’, an exclusive chef’s table experience that masterfully blends local Emirati ingredients with 3Fils’ signature modern Asian techniques. Taking place upstairs at 3Fils from April 2nd to 8th, this intimate dining experience brings to life the ancient traditions of the UAE’s Bedouins, capturing the essence of their nomadic spirit through an innovative culinary journey. Each dish is crafted with rare, indigenous ingredients sourced from across the Emirates, offering guests a taste of heritage through a contemporary lens.

Inspired by the diverse landscape of the UAE, the nine-course menu pays homage to the

country’s gastronomic history while embracing modern craftsmanship. From the rugged mountains of Fujairah to the coastal waters of Umm Al Quwain, every ingredient carries a story of tradition and sustainability, showcasing the unique bounty of the land. Guests can expect a deep dive into Emirati flavors, reimagined with bold techniques and unexpected pairings that reflect 3Fils’ forward-thinking approach to dining.

THE MENU “A JOURNEY THROUGH THE EMIRATES”

GURS SHORTBREAD (Sharjah-Al Ain) – Kvass emulsion, Buckwheat, ghee, dry-aged Wagyu KING CRAB (Al Ain-Dubai) – Cucumber textures, wasabi, ghaf fermented vinegar, caviar AMAEBI (Dubai) – Palm heart, medjool dates, yuzu khosu

UNITORO NORI (Fujairah) – Moringa, ghaf, wasabi, sudachi, negi MICICEA (Abu Dhabi) – Soba noodle, brick, wakame, moringa, neri goma CAMEL MILK RICOTTA (Abu Dhabi) – Figs, zaatar, barley, umami crisp

DESSERT TRUFFLE (Ras Al Khaimah) – Chicken pate, foie gras, truffles, ponzu

BAOBAB KING FISH (Umm Al Quwain) – Wild oregano, peppermint, miso, yuzu, ginger, oscietra caviar

WAGYU SIRLOIN (UAE) – Riso, sidr yakiniku, pickled jujube, parmesan, confit quail egg

SIDR YUZU SOUFFLÉ (Dubai-Sharjah) – Jujube, figs, tulakalum, yuzu sorbet

This intimate dining experience is limited to 10 seats per session, ensuring a personal and immersive journey into the flavors of the Emirates. With two seating each night at 6 PM – 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM – 9:30 PM, priced at AED 600 per guest, it offers a rare opportunity to indulge in a storytelling experience through taste. Seats for ‘The Ways of the Bedouins’ are expected to fill fast, making early reservations essential.
