KAHRAMAA Organizes Session on Employees Personality Development

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation’s ”KAHRAMAA”

Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation’s (KAHRAMAA) employee relations section of the human resources department has kicked off a series of personality- and confidence-building programs for its staff aiming at the enhancement of their skills, developing strategic thinking and improving productivity.

Under the program, which is held in line with KAHRAMAA’s corporate objective to ensure a safe and healthy working environment for its employees, a total of five sessions with renowned experts have been scheduled to shed light on basics of life skills, techniques of making workplace lively, etiquettes learning and many more KAHRAMAA said in a press release issued here Tuesday .

The program will end in March 2015 with four more sessions being organized with intervals. The sessions have been chalked out considering employees’ interests and their needs. Measures like accelerated career development plans, learning and development opportunities and cross-functional mobility are the prominent human development program strategies used by KAHRAMAA for its quality professional growth.

KAHRAMAA fosters a strategy aiming at boosting up employees’ skills and contributing to their progress strides in line with the corporate objectives of the organization. The focus of the program is to support employees in creating an environment where staff feel supported and encouraged in their personality development endeavors enabling simultaneously to deliver high-quality outputs within a healthy work environment.
