Drydocks World has announced that it currently has nine rigs in the Drydocks World-Dubai yard which is a new record for the shipyard.

The growth in the number of rigs arriving in the yard reflects the outstanding service level provided to this important business segment.
With 9 rigs currently in the yard from different parts of the world and 4 scheduled to arrive soon, Drydocks World expects to have a very successful year with regards to rig projects in addition to other projects the yard is pursuing. Ship repair and rig repair revenue increased by 9% compared to 2013 and exceeded the targeted annual profit projected for 2014. Moving forward into 2015, the record number of 9 rigs is an excellent start.
