ADNOC Distribution issued on Sunday the following statement for customers, media and stakeholders: ADNOC Distribution confirms that a technical failure in the electronic sales system caused a disruption of services at 10am today (3 August, 2014) across some of its service stations in the UAE.
However, there was no interruption in the availability of ADNOC Distribution’s fuel products.
Following the technical failure, ADNOC Distribution’s maintenance team identified the problem area and restored operations at all service stations from 2pm onwards.
ADNOC Distribution wishes to thank all customers and stakeholders for their patience and continued understanding.
