The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment, has allocated AED8.5 million for the implementation of an education programme known as “With Education We Progress”.
Counsellor Ibrahim Bumelha, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Establishment, said the programme aims to support students, guardians and schools through provision of education aid and resources needed in schools so as to discharge their duties fully in the UAE.
He added that the Establishment allocated the budget of AED8.5 million for spending on the educational projects in the UAE in the academic year 2013-2014 on the directives of the Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
Mr. Bumelha said the Establishment will provide education assistance to about 7, 000 families inside the UAE in addition to a number of schools.
