The luxury interior design studio operated by the team at Lodha UK is now available to all Europe-based GCC residents and homeowners
Following an overwhelming demand from Lodha UK buyers and residents from the GCC market, Studio Lodha announced its official launch as a public practice, available exclusively to GCC homeowners and buyers across Europe.
Launched in 2018, Studio Lodha designed private spaces and residences at London’s finest residential addresses developed by Lodha UK. With a wide network of suppliers, bespoke furniture makers and skilled artisans, the team at Studio Lodha delivers extraordinary residences quickly and to exacting standards.
Over the past five years, the team has become invaluable to their global clientele, dressing over 30 apartments across Lodha UK’s two iconic London projects, Lincoln Square and No.1 Grosvenor Square.
Blandine de Navacelle, Founder of Studio Lodha and Creative Director at Lodha UK comments:“Studio Lodha is the product of our ongoing commitment to our customers. Over the past four years, we have helped purchasers envisage their dream home at Lodha UK developments. My team’s knowledge and expertise have been invaluable to these buyers. We regularly receive requests from clients internationally looking for interior design advice for their country house, chalet or children’s first home. Expanding Studio Lodha’s remit to include residences outside of Lodha UK’s London collection and giving our GCC clientele exclusive access will allow us bring our unique skillset, vision and architectural creativity to their homes around Europe.”
Both of Lodha UK’s current developments, No.1 Grosvenor Square and Holland Park Gate, have been popular with buyers from GCC, many of whom Blandine and her team have worked closely with to design future homes.
“The families I work with from the Middle East spend a large amount of time travelling. It is incredibly helpful for them to know that someone safe and trusted is overseeing the design and fit-out of their new home. This process can be lengthy and time-consuming, particularly if managed from abroad. Studio Lodha ensures everything runs smoothly, and clients know that we understand the level of finish, quality and execution that they expect,” added De Navacelle.
The Studio Lodha aesthetic is defined by touches of bold colour and luxurious textures, complimented by an eclectic mix of bespoke furniture, antique finds, and renowned designer brands. This approach ensures that each home is truly unique and reflects the individual’s personal style and taste, as well as meeting their lifestyle needs. The highly-skilled team possess an in-depth knowledge of architecture and space-planning, which, combined with an innate understanding of scale and proportion, allows them to work expertly on a variety of residences; from large-scale period properties with original features to contemporary city penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Whether designing the main residence for a large family or helping a frequent traveller with a new pied-a-terre, the Studio Lodha team spends significant time with each client, ensuring their lifestyle preferences and needs are met through innovative, creative design and use of space. The practice has been particularly popular with international buyers, who can often need help managing a complex design and fit-out process from overseas.
