In an effort to support customers, Rational has announced the extension of its 2-year warranty by three months for all SelfCookingCenter, CombiMaster Plus, CombiMaster and VarioCookingCenter products, provided that it expires in March, April or May 2020.
According to Managing Director RATIONAL Kitchen & Catering Equipment Trading FZCO, Thomas Hofer, the adjustment will be made automatically and free of charge.
Customers who have a warranty claim in the next few weeks will not bear the costs. “It’s important for us to show that we stand by our customers, especially when business is low,” says Hofer.
Rational Service Partners, who are familiar with the extended warranty, are still responsible for servicing.
