Hassan Allam Holding is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Hassan Allam Construction Saudi, in collaboration with El Seif Engineering Contracting and China Harbour Engineering Arabia, has secured a significant EPC contract from the Port of NEOM in Oxagon, northwest Saudi Arabia. This project entails the design and construction of Container Terminal 1 (T1) and the Marine Services Area (MSA), including all associated infrastructure, entrance zones, and buildings.
Set to open in 2025, this terminal will play a vital role in supporting NEOM’s accelerated development by handling the increasing volumes of materials arriving at the port. Strategically positioned, the Port of NEOM will enhance global and regional connectivity, supporting Saudi Arabia’s maritime and economic ambitions.
