Al Jaber Building, a member of the Al Jaber Group, has won a contract for the construction of 40 residential buildings for married staff at the Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion Phase IV, from the Abu Dhabi National Oil Company, ADNOC.
The AED2.57 billion contract includes full execution and delivery of the project which covers 670,000 square meters and has a total built up area of 521,000 square meters. It includes 40 residential buildings on 6 levels totaling 1,920 residential units, in addition to amenities including mosques and car parks.
The project is a manifestation of ADNOC’s commitment to providing international living standards and inspiring living experiences for its employees. It is scheduled for completion in two years.
Obaid Khaleefa Al Jaber Al Marri, Chairman of Al Jaber Group, said, “We are delighted to be awarded the construction contract of the Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion Phase IV. This will be the fifth project that we have executed for ADNOC.” Al Jaber Building has previously executed several projects within Ruwais Housing Complex Expansion – Phase III, which included the construction of 21 buildings for married staff, 5 buildings for bachelors, 56 luxurious villas and service buildings with internal road networks, in addition to panoramic landscaped gardens and leisure areas.
