Al Habtoor Group Chairman Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor discusses future collaboration with leading multidisciplinary design consultancy Atkins. Al Habtoor met Atkins Middle East CEO, Simon Moon on May 8 this year where they discussed upcoming projects.
Atkins is currently working on the Al Habtoor Group’s mixed-use development, Al Habtoor City – which incorporates three five-star hotels on the banks of the Dubai Water Canal, and three luxury high-rise residential towers. Atkins is involved in the residential towers, which incorporates 1,450 apartments, including 22 exquisite penthouses.
Al Habtoor said, “We are looking at expanding on our business relationship with other projects in Dubai. Our current work together also includes the St. Regis Dubai Al Habtoor Polo Resort & Club in Dubailand. The project offers something unique to Dubai, catering to the equestrian community, and providing for all riding disciplines from polo to dressage in the midst of five-star luxury.”
