National Real Estate Company (NREC) and United Projects for Aviation Services Company’s $1bn Reem Mall project in Abu Dhabi has selected CONJECT’s conjectPC application to operate the whole life management of built assets.
According to Stuart Ingram, director of development for the project, Reem Mall is one of the largest projects ever undertaken by the partners.
The developers will utilise the integrated document and commercial management capabilities of conjectPC to improve collaboration, efficiency and supply chain performance throughout construction.
Ingram said: “The conjectPC system combines integrated document and commercial management capabilities that we require with a user-friendly platform. We look forward to utilising this new asset in our project delivery.”
Regional director at CONJECT Dr Asif Sharif said: “The conjectPC will provide the project team with significant time and cost savings, coupled with vital real-time business intelligence.”
The project is expected to start construction in 2015 and open in 2018.
