Noor Bank today announced it has received the Best Customer Experience Overall Website award from the global provider of customer service solutions, Ethos Integrated Solutions, EIS.
Based on an extensive study conducted across all GCC banks and UAE exchange houses as part of EIS’s 10th annual Customer Experience Benchmarking Index, the distinction recognises Noor Bank for its diligent efforts in refining the overall e-banking experience for customers.
Waleed Barhaji, Head of Distribution and Unsecured Assets, received the award at a gala ceremony hosted on 10th December at Burj Al Arab, Dubai.
