L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Introduces Eit Al Fitr Menu

Award-winning French restaurant, L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is celebrating Eid Al Fitr in style with a sumptuous set menu to savour the finest French flavours.

Located at DIFC, the lunch menu highlights the best of French cuisine and invites guests to indulge during this special occasion, setting a promising tone for a medley of flavours, true to the renowned Robuchon name. The meal starts with a surprise seasonal Amuse Bouche, followed by the freshness of the La Salade Grecque with feta cheese and Mediterranean vegetables, and for an additional AED 50 guests can indulge a little more with the rich and flavorful La Niçoise salad, featuring confit tuna on crunchy lettuce hearts with Mediterranean vegetables. The L’artichaut is crispy, savoury, and perfectly paired with parmesan risotto, and the La Volaille of chicken and leek is served on grilled Japanese ravioli in Asian-flavoured broth.

The main dishes include a tender Atlantic Le Saumon, with creamy sorrel sauce or the L’EPAULE D’AGNEAU of 12-hour cooked confit lamb shoulder with baby capsicum for an additional AED 50. The black Onyx striploin beef Le Faux Filet is divine and the L’Atelier-style Les Spaghettis includes the special spaghetti choice of the day.

The Desserts Du Jour is a Robuchon special dessert of the day, a sure perfect sweet ending to a special Eid Al Fitr meal for family and friends.
