The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort is pleased to introduce a new Ayurveda Monsoon Stay package for guests desiring an extravagant travel experience complete with top-of-the-line wellness offerings during the monsoon season. The Ayurveda Monsoon Stay package will be available this fall at the finest address in the Maldives.

“We are thrilled to present this exquisite package at the resort. Our staff has thoughtfully curated the offer to include a variety of impressive treatments and services that will benefit both the body and mind throughout the length of our valued guests’ stay,” shared Vincent Pauchon, General Manager of The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort.

It is said that during monsoon season, the benefits of doing Ayurveda are greater than ever. The heavy rainfall can make Ayurveda even more relaxing with cooler temperatures and the soothing sound of the pitter patter of the rain. The body also responds better to treatments with the humidity opening the pores and softening the skin.

The Ayurveda Monsoon Stay is available as a 7-day or 14-day package for either single or double occupancy in a Panoramic Overwater Villa with pool and comes with a half board dinner. Under the guidance of Ayurvedic Physician and Spa Manager Dr. Sudhi Suresh, the package also includes an expansive array of wellness activities and treatments using herbal plants from the Ayurveda garden that will take guests on a transformative journey. Wake up with Ayurvedic Herbal Tea, partake in individual wellness consultations, and glide into daily group yoga, aqua aerobics, TRX, tabata and beach boot camp classes. During the stay, guests will follow an Ayurvedic diet that is said to boost immunity against most common diseases, improve the digestive system, detoxify and rejuvenate the body and balance energy. Following Ayurveda’s Golden Rule, nutrition is determined by each person’s individual constitution and the diet will not look the same for everyone. Enjoy a daily offering of Karkkidaka Kanji, a unique soup blend of medicinal plants, herbs, spices and grains. Participate in a selection of Ayurvedic sessions such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Choornaswedana and more. Experience an Ayurvedic cooking class, learn in enlightening wellness workshops, and indulge in an anti-ageing caviar facial.

“The Ayurveda Monsoon Stay 7-day or 14-day package is the ultimate treat for guests looking to experience an expansive list of the latest, most innovative wellness offerings during monsoon season,” said Dr. Sudhi Suresh. “Along with the stunning sea views and exquisite service found at the resort, this is truly a dream for guests wanting both a luxurious and wellness-centered stay.”

The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort offers a breathtaking hideaway where time-honored traditions and imaginative craftsmanship inspire unforgettable moments. Surrounded by the aquamarine waves of the Indian Ocean in the Dhaalu Atoll, the destination features seven venerable restaurants including the uniquely designed Whale Bar, the award-winning Iridium Spa and custom Azimut-Flybridge 66 Yacht. Its transcendent signature island and overwater villas are hallmarked by the John Jacob Astor Estate, the resort’s crown jewel, which boasts over 18,500 sq ft of sophisticated design, luxury amenities and panoramic ocean views.

The Ayurveda Monsoon Stay package starts from $2,150 per night on single occupancy (rates are excluding tax, service charge and seaplane transfer. Seven-night stay minimum).
