Traditional French pastry and dessert shop, La Serre Boulangerie has introduced new items to its counter.
Now available for over-the-counter and dine-in purchase at La Serre Boulangerie, or through Deliveroo, is the classic fraisier patisserie (AED 35 per piece), consisting of mousseline cream, strawberries and vanilla sponge.
There’s also lemon cronuts (AED 14 per piece), a croissant and doughnut hybrid, drizzled with lemon glaze, and a mango Danish (AED 18 per piece) – croissant dough stuffed with sweet mango purée.
These new desserts and pastries join La Serre Boulangerie’s counter of croissant aux amandes, brioche au chocolat, Danish à la framboise, crème brûlée, pain perdu and others.
