Foreign investors purchased AED 863.3 million worth of shares on Dubai Financial Market (DFM) from 8th to 12th November and sold AED 883.7 million in the same period, DFM said today in a press release.
Net foreign investment on the market reached AED 20.5 million, as aggregate sell.
Value of shares bought by foreigner investors comprised 50.6 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the last five days, while value of stocks sold by foreign investors during the same period represented 51.8 per cent of stocks traded during the period, a DFM press release said on the market activities over the past five days.
The value of stocks bought by institutional investors during the week reached AED 577 mn, comprising 33.8 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period. The value of stocks sold by institutional investors during the period reached AED 677.9 mn, representing 39.7 per cent of the total value of stocks traded during the period.
Net institutional investment on the market stood at AED 100.9 mn during the period, as aggregate sell.
