Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, ADIB, has expanded its branch network across the U.A.E. to 83, with the addition of three new branches, as part of a focus on providing easy access to services and enhancing the customer experience.
The ADIB’s three newest branches are in the Nation Towers on Abu Dhabi’s Corniche, at the Deerfield’s Shopping Mall, as well as at the Ruwais shopping mall. The bank’s 18 mall branches across the U.A.E. operate extended opening hours, from 10 am to 10pm.
“ADIB is expanding rapidly because we are giving customers what they want – convenient access to high-quality products and services,” said Philip King, U.A.E. Head of Retail at ADIB.
“By expanding our branch network, we are extending our hospitality and the personal touch, while we have also put a strong emphasis on creating an online banking platform and mobile app that is very easy to use,” Philip added.
ADIB recently launched a mobile app, which lets customers perform banking transactions such as balance enquiry, local and international payments, check card and account statements, utility bills payment and car, home and personal finance applications.
The three new branches offer a large range of financial solutions, from advice on buying a property to applications for ADIB’s award winning credit cards and access to investment products.
ADIB has been awarded Best Bank for Customer Service in the U.A.E. for the last three years by Ethos Consultancy.
The bank has also won a number of awards in the last year for industry leadership, including from Euromoney Magazine and The Banker Magazine.
