HE Energy and Industry Minister Dr. Mohamed bin Saleh Al Sada will take part in the 33rd ministerial meeting of GCC Petroleum Cooperation Committee, due to be held Thursday in Kuwait.
The meeting will discuss a set of issues of concern to joint Gulf work in the energy field, particularly the possibility of unifying prices of petroleum products in GCC states, Qatar Petroleum said in a press release.
Participants will also touch on developments of the meetings of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol, in addition to the outcome of the GCC petroleum media experts’ meeting. The agenda also includes the reviewing of the latest developments in the oil market.
